We are open for business at all our rental stations! Procedures are in place to secure the health and safety of our employees and guests.

Due to the improved situation and the lifting of the governmental travel bans, our regular cancellation policies are back in place. Should official government travel bans not allow you to pick up your vehicle at the confirmed rental location or you would not be allowed to return to your place of residence without having to undergo mandatory quarantine for several days, our special COVID-19 cancellation policy will go into effect. Please contact us if you need to adjust your travel or have any other rental related questions.

We appreciate your patience as this is a trying time for all of us. Further, we want to reassure you that we are watching the development of COVID-19, and enhancing our rigorous procedures to assure maximum quality and safety.

Health and safety procedures at our GoNorth stations

Health and safety of our clients and our employees have always been one of our main concerns. We have therefore adjusted our already very high cleaning standards to make you feel as comfortable as possible in our vehicles.

Of course, we not only want you to feel safe in our vehicles but also in our stations during pick up and return. The following measures help you and also our staff to stay healthy and still guarantee you a high-quality service:

  • Hand sanitizer and masks provided at the stations
  • Plexiglas windows at the counter
  • Touchless credit card terminals
