A striking 1930s photomontage poster by Walter Herdeg for the famous and glamorous resort of St. Moritz. A cheerful woman with ski poles lifts her face towards the St. Moritz sun, which was one of the first logos created for any travel resort in Switzerland.

Walter Herdeg was born in 1906 and died in 1995 in Zurich, Switzerland
He was trained as a graphic designer first with Ernst Keller at the School of Arts and Crafts in Zurich between 1926 and 1928 and in 1930 in Berlin.
