About this poster
A veritable time wrap, Mürren - with the adjacent resorts of Wengen and Grindelwald - clings to a high shelf overlooking the Lauterbrunnen Valley, approached either by train of by cable car. This hideaway village has changed ever little over the years. Its history is entwined with that of the British Skier ever since Henry Lunn came here in the early 1900´s. The skiiing is not extensive, although the race without gates down from the famous Schilthorn is one that no serious skier should miss.
