About this poster
This decorative original poster by Herbert Leupin from 1938 humorously depicts a large pocket watch with a Swiss flag in its centre and the sporting opportunities in winter in the 1930s. Recreation, sport, play, joy and exuberance under a laughing winter sky were probably still possible in Switzerland before the outbreak of the Second World War. Depicted in an amusing way, completely in the style of the Basel poster master Leupin. The poster was produced in multiple languages; this is the Italian version.
