About this poster
This amazing vintage poster is one of the few posters that the undisputed master of Swiss poster design Emil Cardinaux created for the Jungfrau Railway. The artist’s trademark fine drawing and Art Nouveau style are clearly noticeable on this historical poster lithographed by the Wolfensberger printers in 1911. As in so many of his posters, Cardinaux’s love of nature and the Swiss mountains is obvious. An absolute rarity and a must-have for passionate collectors and nostalgic Cardinaux poster enthusiasts.
