Eric de Coulon was one of the masters of French and Swiss poster art between the two World Wars. On this wonderful Art Deco poster for the Klausen Race of 1925 he created an almost dizzying sense of speed, with the race car as it climbs up the steep road leading over the Klausen pass. The Klausen Races were held from 1922 to 1934 and were the most famous of all European mountain car races at the time. Later reproduction of the original designed 1925.
