A wonderfully sensitive and fashion-adequate poster for Binaca toothpaste designed by Otto Glaser in 1949. The artist gracefully uses a hint of the style of Japanese woodcuts, as done before by numerous European posters artists such as Toulouse-Lautrec. With its dynamism, deep modelling and highly emotional movement, this poster is much appreciated by collectors. Most of Otto Glaser’s posters were internationally awarded.

Otto Glaser was born in Basel in 1915 and studied at the renowned Basel School of Design. He became a freelance graphic designer, painter and book illustrator.
