About this poster
This picturesque original poster shows the Lötschberg Railway, which crosses the tunnel via the northern Alpine chain from the Bernese Oberland to the Valais. Typical alpine flowers such as the Edelweiss or Gentian give this rare travel poster a lot of charm. Designed by the painter and poster artist Armin Biebe in 1939.
