About this poster
This vintage poster for the Berna truck company is an extremely rare example of Emil Cardinaux’s work. Cardinaux’s style here is reminiscent of Ferdinand Hodler’s designs. Drawing on mythological references, this vibrantly coloured scene with its energetic design makes a very powerful and effective piece of advertising.
