Stoos is a pretty village and ski resort on the territory of the municipality of Morschach in the canton of Schwyz. It has about 150 inhabitants and is situated at 1305 m above sea level on a high plateau. The ski area reaches an altitude of 1935 m and is served by the aerial cableway to Fronalpstock, pictured here.
