Famous Swiss Sachplakat by Niklaus Stoecklin for the Bell meat factory - "Bell - zum Frohen Feste - vom Guten das Beste", beautifully printed in 1948 in stone lithography by Wassermann. Niklaus Stoecklin was the founder of the Basel School and the Hyperrealism style, also called "Sachplakat". A rare original object poster from the heyday of the Swiss printing trade in excellent condition. High collector's value!

Niklaus STOECKLIN was born in Basel in 1896 and died in 1982.
Stoecklin’s first teacher in Basel was Burkhard Mangold who heavily influenced his style. He studied at the Basel School of Arts and Craft and created his first ‘object poster’ in 1922.
